NEW COLLECTION

This new collection is completely dedicated to our beloved town, Florence! In the centre of each piece is a painting of the Medici Family Crest, the most powerful family which reigned the tuscan Gran Ducato during the renaissance period and have used any kind of art to represent their magnificence to the rest of the world. 


This Medici family crest in particular, as it has been changing several time during the different Medici personality owners of the city, is tooken from a painting created by  Marco Marchetti, called  Marco da Faenza, in 1555.He realised this painting to fresco the ceiling of a strair inside the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence. Than the "Giglio" fleur de lys is still the symbol reported on the cote of arms of the city.
